Q: How much is the non-refundable deposit to hold the date?
A: 10% of the total projected event cost.
Q: When is the balance due?
A: Two weeks before the event.
Q: Can I add a tray to your table?
A: No, because of insurance reasons, we cannot be responsible for someone else’s food. You can bring whatever you want, it just cannot go on our table.
Q: How many servers do I need?
A: We use one per 50 people. One extra server is generally required if you are using China.
Q: Why do I have to pay a gratuity after paying for the servers?
A: Servers must come to our kitchen, load the vans, and drive to your event. They need to be there about an hour before your event for setup, then serve for up to 4 hours before cleaning up and returning to our kitchen to unload and clean the equipment. It is usually a total of about 8 hours of work. We recommend 15-18% of the total bill be paid as gratuity in addition to base server pay. This is handled in advance with the other payments.
Q: How much are servers?
A: $75.00 each for a 4-hour event. On major holidays servers are paid $150.00 for a 4-hour event.

Q: What does the service staff do at the event?
A: They set up and serve the food, replenish the food, cut and serve the cake, serve your champagne toast, bus the tables, and clean up at the end of their shift.
